Meal Plan Week #24

Spring forward has got us a little loopy around here but I'm loving the extra light we have in the evenings. Here's to the start of another great week!

 Last week's stand out was this Caprese Chicken and Quinoa Bake.

Full of flavor and way better for you than a pasta bake.
The leftovers were absolutely delicious, too!  

Apparently, 96 is the number. We've got a HOT week ahead of us here in the desert. March is tricky because it starts to warm up but the pool is still too cold to swim in. April is right around the corner though and soon enough, we'll be jumping in to cool off.

Because it's so warm this week and we have extra light in the evenings, I've got some grilling planned and of course, easy dishes for yet another busy but fun week.
