Taking a stroll along the marina in San Diego.
They found a heart shaped tree stump.
Lovin’ life in the big city.
We missed daddy while he was working so wanted to let him know we were thinking about him.
Beautiful weather!
Morgan had a business conference to attend in San Diego for a few days so the girls and I were able to tag along last week. I have to say, I absolutely LOVE this benefit about being a homeschooling family. We never have to be apart from daddy for too long and usually, the girls and I get to play in a new city.
San Diego is my old home so it’s always so much fun to experience it again with my family. We stayed in an amazing hotel in the Gaslamp Quarter, right on the bay. It was so convenient to be able to walk everywhere we wanted to go.
The New Children’s Museum was located directly across the street from our hotel. It’s called the “New” museum because every two years or so, they change the exhibits, artists, and theme. The current theme was “Trash”… art made from recycled products.
The girls got to participate in a couple of fun workshops and there were plenty of interactive exhibits to keep them busy. Truly, one of the best contemporary children’s museum’s we’ve ever been to.
A fantastic day!
