Dancing and having a good time.
This weekend, we went to Riley's Farm with our homeschool group. Once a quarter, we have a scheduled family field trip or some kind of get together with our three families. This allows for the dads to be involved as well and basically, lets us spend some time with our friends in a family atmosphere. It just so happens that all of us went up to Riley's Farm as a group last year too so this is shaping up to be a fun tradition with friends. I love traditions!
We had a fantastic morning of picking pumpkins, eating apples, and enjoying a barbeque lunch, all while listening to traditional bluegrass music. A good time was had by all! We look forward to going back each year to learn more about American Colonial History as the kids get older. Thanks, friends!
