We only have one more week of school left before we take our break for the rest of the year. We have a fun Christmas party planned for the kids (and teachers) on the last day of school next week as well as a Christmas Caroling program that the kids have been working on. They will be performing the songs for their dads next Friday. Should be a fun week! We are definitely getting into the Christmas spirit around here. We have lots of great Christmas activities to do around town including our city's Tree Lighting Ceremony tonight, the Parade and Tamale Festival tomorrow morning, and holiday portraits with my friend, Katie tomorrow afternoon. Not to mention, all the Christmas parties that are coming up soon, as well as a visit to Candy Cane Lane! I'm also loving the fact that for the most part, all of our gifts and our shopping is done. Time to enjoy! 'Tis the season!
