We had a wonderful weekend! Hope you did, too. I just love weekends where we explore and adventure on Saturday and then we rest at home on Sunday. The BEST! We're on Spring Break for the most part this week but we still had Co-op today and plan to attend CBS on Thursday.
Still, that gives us a much needed break from our normal routine around here and we have some fun things planned this week, too! Plus... it's almost EASTER!

Shrimp is such a tasty and light protein. I used the big ones from Costco's Seafood Road Show. And asparagus just screams SPRING to me! Mix in garlic, herbs, lemon, and parmesan...you have an easy, fast, and delicious spring supper!
