I've got to say, I'm loving the weekly meal plan so far! It fits right along with my desire to be really intentional these days. This week, we've got a special (but low key) celebration and a new recipe to try with a twist on dinner.
Here's what's on the menu:
Meal Plan Week #3
- Pizza (because someone's being celebrated and pizza is pretty much his favorite thing).
- Teriyaki Chicken Meatball Kabobs
- Fish Tacos (it's on the menu again because we ended up having chicken tacos last week.)
- Chicken Enchiladas
- Bacon & Gruyere Breakfast Casserole (That's right! It's breakfast for dinner).
I mean, how can you go wrong with bacon and gruyere, right??
