Our weekend started up in Oak Glen, where we met my parents for a Mother’s Day picnic. The weather was absolutely gorgeous and we had such a wonderful time together! On Sunday morning, my family took me out to breakfast before church. It was a sweet time of feeling pampered. I was even served a piece of cake after breakfast!
For dinner, we had Morgan’s parents over and I made shrimp tacos, peach margaritas and apple crisp. Yum!
We are so thankful we got to celebrate Mother’s Day with both our moms. What a blessed weekend!
I love being a mom and I thank God everyday for the gift of my sweet family!
