Also on Saturday, a short visit from one of the girls’ favorite uncles. My bro was here for his annual basketball tourney and happened to be staying just around the corner from us with his team. Unfortunately, with a new little one at home, he couldn’t bring his whole family this time but we look forward to visiting them all in just a couple of weeks!
On Sunday, we saw our nephew, Kyle (13). He was in town from San Diego and spending a few days with Grandma and Grandpa (as all the grandkids do throughout the summer). Recently, Kyle has taken an interest in cooking. Apparently, he came with a whole menu planned for Grandma and Grandpa! He even made us a yummy grilled chicken for dinner.
It was fabulous! The girls had a blast playing with their beloved cousin.
