7 days. make that 7 long days. that's how long my family has been sick. it started with morgan, then progressed to the girls, then me. thankfully, i was only in bed for 2 days but it's been rough around here. no, more like brutal. turns out morgan has pneumonia. thankfully, the girls got on antibiotics before they got it as well. we're getting lots of rest around here and reading a ton of books. i'm not feeling great either but thankful that i can at least function and prepare meals for my family. somewhere in the last week, we started a new month, the weather warmed up, and an entire week of life just passed us by...
other than a trip to the doc this week, the girls have been outside once.
yesterday they spent an hour in the backyard.
it was just too beautiful and warm.
they soaked up some vitamin d and played in the sand pit.
today is a new day.

appetites are gradually coming back. laughter and play can be heard again.
grateful to be slowly on the mend.

WOW! Its amazing (and sad) its EVERYWHERE! I, too have been sick since last week and not feeling much better. 4 full days in bed for me. Trip to the doc soon - hoping i dont have pneumonia though! Hang in there. We had about 2 hrs of sun yesterday too, and i forced myself outside after church too, just to soak it in. Hoping you are all better real soon. Hugs from afar! Missie
