some of the fun we had all week long. We spent lots and lots of time in the pool, sliding down the waterslide, and floating along the lazy river.

It was awesome!
We were blessed to stay at the beautiful Marriott Canyon Villas at Desert Ridge where we had a plenty of space in a 2 bed/2 bath unit. We also had a very convenient full kitchen, washer/dryer, and balconies that were overlooking the pool area. Couldn't have been more perfect for our family!
As usual, I way over packed! Oh, well.
Some highlights...
An 80 min. hot stone massage that Morgan insisted I have (what a heavenly treat!), lots of pool and relaxation time, Roy's aloha hour (delicious $5 menu, went twice!), catching up with an old friend and his wife, shopping, sushi, Sedona day trip, hiking, swimming in the creek, eating ice cream-- in bed, morning runs (to make up for all the good food I was enjoying), Morgan playing at TPC, and most of all-- having uninterrupted daddy/hubby time for
7 days straight! It was FABulous!
A BIG thank you to our friends, Shannon & Josh for allowing us the use of their vacation club getaway! Really appreciate it, guys. We had a fantastic time!
so welcome! my mom and bro are going in august and she was excited to hear what you thought of the resort. she'll be excited to see your pics! i love that of all the thing you packed you had to take the princess clothes. :)
haha! yeah- the benefit of a minivan, not flying anywhere, and knowing that you're going to have lots of space. :) we also brought lots of books, crafts, and dolls to keep them busy and feeling a little like home. :)
