Brunch

We had Morgan's parents over for brunch this morning. I just love the simplicity and ease of brunch. On the menu was baked blueberry french toast, chili relleno casserole, turkey sausage patties, and a fruit salad. It was my first time making the two casseroles and I had to adjust the measurements as well as the cooking times for the amount I wanted to serve. That's always a little tricky for me since that's getting into the baking territory! Anyway, both turned out great and everyone enjoyed it. I guess it was a success since my mother-in-law asked for the recipe to both dishes. :) I loved the fact that it was super easy, too. Happy Mother's Day to both of our wonderful moms! We love you and appreciate you so!
