A little mini-golf.
On the top deck of the ship.
Too bad the girls weren't tall enough for the water slide.
Our mariachi band in Ensenada.
Dancing puppets.
Too cute.
We decorated the outside of mom & dad's cabin door.
And the inside.

After nearly one year in the planning, we celebrated Morgan's parents' 50th wedding anniversary aboard the Carnival Paradise. It was a short 3 day trip but it was the perfect celebration for this momentous occasion. We are thanking God for answered prayer. He gave us a fun and safe cruise and kept all of us healthy (most importantly, mom and dad). We enjoyed just being together as a family and having dinner around one big table every night. The kids had a blast hanging out with their cousins, exploring around the ship, having so many food choices (esp. at breakfast), and sleeping in bunk beds. Jerry and Helen enjoyed their big penthouse suite and our nightly pre-dinner gatherings in their cabin. What an awesome privilege it was to witness and celebrate a marriage covenant that spans 50 years! Actually, both sets of Morgan's grandparents also celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary. Wow, we can only hope and pray that we'll be there someday, too!

Happy 50th Anniversary to one amazing couple! Thank you for teaching your kids (and grandkids) what it means to live by faith, love, and compassion. You are loved dearly!
