After weeks of having a very loose tooth, Faith’s first baby tooth came out this morning!
She already has a large tooth growing behind that one so we are relieved that it finally came out.
A few weeks ago, she cried when she found out her tooth was loose. It was a couple of weeks before her 6th birthday and she confessed, “I don’t know if I want to get older.” I guess five was a good year for her. And who could blame her? Even she realizes that it’s the last of the little years. Sniff, sniff…
Over the past couple of weeks, she’s turned around and embraced being six. She couldn’t wait for her tooth come out, “in perfect God’s timing” (as she would often say).
She’s now excited about what the Tooth Fairy might leave her tonight. She knows it’s only daddy but still! she’s excited.
We couldn’t be more proud of the little lady Faith is becoming. We know God has great plans for her I have no doubt, she will lead others to Christ with the gifts and talents the Lord has given her.
Thank you, Jesus! We give You all the praise!
oh my goodness....such a right of passage for a kid!!! i think i will be more sad when teagan loses his first tooth than when he started school! :)
