... turn them into festive party decorations! Got old t-shirts? I saw this tutorial months ago and stored the idea away in the back of my mind. I thought they'd be a cute homemade decoration for the girls' birthday party next week.
They are quite messy and require lots of cutting but I am getting a little smarter when it comes to expectations on crafting projects. I took my sweet time and limited myself to one pom pom a day. :)
