This post is filled with lots of photos of us at the two beaches we went to on Hilton Head so if that bores you, come back another day. 😉

Here's the pathway to Burkes Beach.
The sand was SO SOFT!
And my boy still can't get over how warm the ocean was!
He's been to the beach here in Cali countless times this summer and not once has he gotten in the water because it's just TOO COLD. (I'm with you, buddy!)
But we seriously could not get him out of the water.
Grace enjoying a good book.
Faith digs for crabs.
Again, the sand was so soft, even in the ocean.
Zach was learning how to dive under the waves.
Burkes Beach was more beautiful than I imagined.
The next day, we went to Coligny Beach.
Zach only came out of the water to leave us a note.
It says his name and I Luv Dad and Mom. 😍
Cutie kids.
Love them!
These darling rocking chairs are at the entrance to the beach.
And these super cute bench swings were lined along the pathway.
We thought the beaches of Hilton Head Island were BEAUTIFUL.
I'm not quite sure what I was expecting but these beaches exceeded all of my expectations.
The sand was incredibly soft, the beach was spacious, the grassy areas were picturesque, and best of all, the ocean was warm. I'm talking like over 80 degrees warm!
The only bad part: There were jelly fish in the water and the boys got stung!
Apparently, in August and September, when water temps rise, the jelly fish come out in full force.
Such a bummer!
Zach was a trooper though and it didn't stop him from wanting to get back in the ocean.
That's how much he loved it!
