Healthy Blueberry Oatmeal Muffins
1 1/4 c rolled oats
1 c applesauce
1/3 c almond butter
1 egg or flax egg
3-4 Tbsp honey
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp salt
About 1/2-1/3 c fresh blueberries

(We've also added things like shredded coconut, chia seeds, and raisins. The recipe is very adaptable!)
