Ok, here’s my last post about Valentine’s Day. :)
The morning started with a special breakfast for my three sweethearts.
Mini Croissant French Toast, Yogurt Parfaits with Granola, and Strawberry Banana Smoothies.
Thumbs up! Mommy knows breakfast is their favorite meal of the day. :)
Next, we packed up all the Valentine’s the girls had made during the week and visited the residents of our local senior home.
The girls passed them out with candy and free hugs to anyone who wanted them.
This woman was so touched she was brought to tears. She said she didn’t think she would get a Valentine this year.
This is the girls’ second year doing this for Valentine’s Day. They said they were the ones who were blessed! :)
Later, they exchanged gifts of their own.
Faith loves horses and the coloring book she got from Grace.
Sweet Sisters.
A little something from mommy and daddy: matching tea cups filled with taffy.
Roses from my love.
Daddy at lunchtime. (Yes, blue is definitely his color!)
Morgan and I were blessed to go on an illusive date night last weekend to celebrate an early Valentine’s. Well, that’s what we called it but we were just happy to be out on a date (it had been a while!). We went to the Steakhouse at Agua Caliente and enjoyed a fabulous adult meal and conversation. Loved every minute of it!
