Aren’t county fairs fun and interesting?  It’s been about 10 years since Morgan and I were at the Great Kern County Fair.  The girls were able to ride most of the rides themselves and the faster they went, the better!  We spent way too much money but had so much fun watching the girls enjoy themselves.  Next time, we’ll totally buy the unlimited ride passes!

In the huge livestock area, we almost saw a cow giving birth.  It was eminent within the hour but it was already so late, we had to go to bed! 

We sure made some GREAT memories at the Great Kern County Fair!

The girls and I were able to travel with Morgan over the last few days while he had business in Bakersfield.  It was also Christina’s 11th birthday so we enjoyed spending some time with her and even got to bake together.  FUN! 

Friday night, while Christina and her girlfriends celebrated with a slumber party, Morgan and I took the girls to the Great Kern County Fair!  Pics to follow…   

And to top off our trip, we stopped in LA yesterday and were blessed to have lunch with my entire family. 

The kids are all growing up way too fast!
