Advent

I got Zach a new advent book this year and he loved it!

Each day (most days when mama was on top of it) during advent, we read from the daily devotional book.
It also comes with a darling story book that tells the kids what to do.

Then he had to go find the Shepherd. Which we would hide in various locations around the house.

He named him, "Sheppie."

This was definitely a fun way to countdown to Christmas.

Much like the Resurrection Eggs at Easter time, I know he'll look forward to this again next Christmas!
