These are old Play-Doh lids. We only had the small containers.
The girls cut some twine (yarn would work, too).
Next, I hot glued the twine on the bottom of the lids.
We used some peanut butter and bird seed.
Fill the indented part of the lid with peanut butter.
Licking your fingers while you work!
Or simply eat spoonfuls of the creamy stuff.
Flip them over into your bird seed and gently press down to coat evenly.
And there you have it.
Hang them in the trees…
And wait patiently for the birdies to come.
A simple and sweet way to use up some of the bird seed we had while upcycling the Play-Doh lids, too!
