Sunday dinner included my feeble attempt to usher in fall with these individual apple crisps.
Having your very own small portion of anything makes things extra special, don’t they?
Even though we’re still well over 100 degrees here, we’re getting very excited about the prospects of some cooler weather starting next week! 90’s here we come! LOL
Individual Apple Crisps
(serves 4)
- 2 apples, diced or sliced. I used granny smith but any will do.
- 2T Gluten Free All Purpose Flour
- 4T brown sugar
- 2T butter
- 4T GF quick oats
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon (divided)
- dash of salt
- Squeeze of lemon juice
Bake at 350 for 35-40 mins.
