This was the inspiration.
The recipe uses Heath bar pieces and mini choc chips.
Soak apple slices overnight in water and lemon juice.
Add 4 T. of powdered sugar to room temperature cream cheese.
Whip together until well combined.
Spread on the bottom of a pie plate. Then add a layer of caramel or honey. I used both!
For a somewhat healthy twist, I topped it with granola, sunflower seeds, and toasted almonds.
We took this over to Shannon’s house today and enjoyed it with friends!
