I love the combo of spinach and artichoke. My whole family does, too. After all, what’s not to love?
Especially with all that cheese!
Start out with yummy bread. I had these La Brea Bakery mini ciabatta loaves.
Scoop out some of the bread filling. The spread needs a place to sit and get cozy.
Put as much or as little as you’d like.
Grate some fresh parm over the top…
Drizzle with EVOO and broil for 5 mins. or until desired crispy gooeyness.
I believe in moderation so we paired this with a healthy whole wheat linguine and a veggie pasta sauce. Delish!
Oh, and I also believe in short cuts! I used this little portion for my spread but you could certainly make your own, too.
I don’t make my own because then I’d have too much left over and I’d have to eat it all! I found this brand to be just the right size and it’s not overly rich or decadent. Next time, I’d probably add some more artichokes to the spread.
By the way, I love Costco’s Artichoke Parmesan Dip but I only get that around the holidays for this very same
Enjoy this fabulous twist on traditional garlic bread. We sure did!
